starting from HK$980 per person, minimum for 2 persons. Guests can indulge in the Baked Stuffed
Lobster with Cheese and Mushroom or the traditional Deep-fried
Stuffed Crab Shell with Crab Meat and Conpoy. Additionally, signature dishes
like Farmed Abalone with Goose Web, Braised Dried Fish Maw with Crab meat and
Bamboo Fungus, and more are a must-try. For parties of two or more, a
complimentary signature deep-fried chicken or pigeon will be served, making it
