Each dish showcases our chef's masterful culinary craftsmanship, utilizing intricate and refined techniques to infuse the sweet crab flavours into every course.
The feast highlights the authentic Steamed Fresh Young Mud Crab (approx. 6 taels), the rich Baked Mud Crab Shell with Rice in Portuguese Sauce, the signature Braised Farmed Yoshihama Dried Abalone and Goose Web, and the golden Deep-Fried Crispy Chicken with Ginger & Scallion Oil.
