Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West teams up with the iconic sparkling beverage brand for "C for Chill", a themed buffet running 1 August to 31 October 2026. From the restaurant to the pool deck, the space glows with a colourful summer look, infused with Cola's timeless fizz.
Cola in every bite: Savour playful creations like Crispy Pork Knuckle with Cola Glaze, Braised Beef Brisket with Cola and Ginger, and Cola Soy Sauce Chicken. Sweet treats include Lime Cola Cheesecake and Vanilla Cola Panna Cotta. Dinner guests also enjoy Sea Urchin, Red Prawn Sashimi, Live Peking Duck carving, and half a Baked French Lobster each.
Create-your-own Coca-Cola® drinks: A DIY station lets guests mix Coca-Cola®, Sprite®, Fanta® Orange or Schweppes® Cream Soda with syrups like blue Curaçao and grenadine — crafting summer specials perfect for the camera.
