With the galloping horse bringing good fortune in the Year of the Horse, I-O-N Wong Chuk Hang presents a series of traditional auspicious dishes from 16 February night to 19 February. These include Braised Fish Maw with Duck Feet, Braised Pork Knuckle with Black Pepper in Casserole, Pig Tongue Soup with Lotus Roots and Dried Oyster, Stir‑fried Prawn with Garlic. The traditional Salmon Lo Hei will also be hosted*, symbolising a year of abundant success and good fortune! The God of Wealth will make a surprise appearance* to distribute lucky red packets and celebrate the New Year with everyone (*available on specified dates and times).
A variety of our signature dishes will be continuously served, including chilled seafood, grilled sirloin steak, and noodle bar. Sweet highlights feature Coconut Pudding, Sesame Cookie Balls, Golden Sesame Balls, and more. adding a sweet touch to your Lunar New Year celebration.
