The chef selects seasonal seafood and pairs with Southeast Asian spices and sauces to create a variety of enticing Vietnamese dishes, such as Roasted Prawns with Pepper and Salt, Braised Clams with Coconut, and Spicy Sour Mussels, sure to delight seafood lovers. Chilled seafood, signature Southeast Asian hot dishes, and noodle bar featuring direct deliveries from Aberdeen Yau Kee are also served on rotation.
The dazzling dessert table showcases exquisite sweets made with D24 durian. Highlights include Baked Durian Cheese Pudding, Durian Cheese Tarts, and Durian Panna Cotta, immersing you in the allure of the "king of fruits"!
